Crossroads Church, a vibrant Pentecostal Assembly affiliated with the PAOC, is seeking a dedicated Lead Pastor to guide our community in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. As a beacon of hope and spiritual growth, we are a diverse, multi-generational congregation of 150-200 attendees, committed to our vision:Love God, Love People, Love Life. Our church has a rich history of outreach, discipleship, and community impact, with a focus on building authentic connections both locally and globally.

We are looking for a Holy Spirit-led leader who embodies integrity, humility, and relational warmth. Key qualities include strong preaching and teaching skills, visionary team leadership, and a passion for mentoring staff and congregation members. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multicultural environment, champion intentional discipleship, and foster a welcoming space for all ages.
