The Next Gen Pastor is responsible for overseeing and leading the children's ministry and youth ministry at Life Centre Church. This role involves developing, planning, and implementing programs and activities that foster the spiritual growth of children and teenagers from infancy through grade twelve. The Next Gen Pastor will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports the church's mission and values.
