Focus - Pursue and understand holistic well-being so that you last as a leader. Get perspective, clarity and traction. Runs monthly from October to May

Focus - Intentionally pursue church vitality/growth via proven actions and the mobilization of volunteer team.

When - Monthly (from October to May) virtual coaching calls and monthly 1-1 virtual (or in-person) calls.

The Acts 2 Journey

Focus - Take a Spirit-empowered path to discerning God's direction for your church (with a vision team so that vision is shared and owned)

When - 4 in-person retreats from November to September (Friday nights with pastor/spouse; Saturday 3/4 day with entire vision team) and follow up calls.

Facilitator(s) - Bob Jones, Jeremiah Raible, and Rob Parkman

Cost - $150/retreat and lunch for your team at $15/person; travel to retreats; one copy "A Spirit-Empowered Church" by Alston Garrison per vision team member
