Saskatchewan District Conference and Retreats:
The SK District conference business meetings are held every 2 years, usually in May. A district retreat is held every 2 years usually in the fall. It is used as a time for pastors and their families to rest/experience refershing, and connect with other ministry families.

National Conference:
The PAOC General Conference (national) is held every second year in May. The next conference will be May 2024 exact dates to be determined.
